The Person Behind the Site
I've spent years working with online businesses, affiliate marketing, and personal finance tools. I built MoneyConverter.ai as a free public resource for the kind of everyday money questions that don't deserve a paywall or a sales funnel.
MoneyConverter.ai exists because I got tired of currency converters buried under pop-ups, calculators that hid their math, and finance sites more interested in selling me something than helping me understand my money. So I built the site I wanted to use.
Every calculator on this site was hand-built and tested against real-world numbers. Every guide is written based on hands-on experience — whether that's sending money internationally, comparing mortgage offers, or figuring out how much to tip in a country I've never visited.

Inflation data is drawn directly from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index — the same dataset used by the federal government, economists, and financial planners worldwide.
While our rates are highly accurate for informational purposes, actual transaction rates from your bank or money transfer service will include fees and margins. Always verify the final rate with your provider before completing a financial transaction.
